ASCPREP: I cannot find the utility

[Quoted] I am trying to use ASCPREP to create my control file for SQL Loader. But I cannot find the utility.
I am using Oracle for Workgroups v7.2.2.

Do I have to create the control file by hand?! Also, can I use tabs as delimiters.

Any hints?
