If you want to preserve the whole graphical layout of you report, I guess it's not possible.
But there's a way to create an ascii file without loosing the boilerplate text:
Install the "Universal/Text" printer shipped with MS Windows. Connect it with "FILE:". Print the report on this printer. It will ask for a filename. This file is pure ascii, with the boilerplates included.
