How to do? MSAccess (in Win3.11) -> ODBC -> Oracle DB (7.3.2 on DEC UNIX)

Hello,
I am not a frequent visitor to this group, so please send e-mail replys.
I have a requirement to connect our Oracle Server (version 7.3.2) to MS Access Database (in MS Office 4.3) running in Win 3.11/DOS 6.2.
I currently am able to connect to the Oracle server remotely
I am not an Oracle (experienced) person, so could someone please do the following for me:
- Can this be done? I need someone who has done this to respond, not someone who says "Oh sure, it can be done"
- What "broad stroke steps" I need to do in order to get it to work.
