    What is the exact location of that extension ? How naturally does it     fit into OWS 3.3 ? Is it incorporated in OWS 3.3 by any chance ( especially     if it's so great ) ? Is it some kind of package or much more artificial     to ORACLE thing ?

    In general , are there any resources available on the subject image     upload ( client uploading the image ) via OWS *.* ?
