Developer 1.3 Runtime on Win NT as shared version

I have a WinNT server and I am planning to install Developer 2000 Runtime version 1.3 (32bit) on the server as a shared version for all PC clients to use. I heard that this version has not been certified to run as shared version on the NT. Has anyone out there tried to do that and encountered any problems?
