GPF in Forms 4.5.7.1.2

Adding to already long-running question, but can anyone help with this please? Having implemented all suggestions from Oracle WW Support, excellent articles from OCIS, etc, we have reduced runtime GPF's down to one.

Platform is Win 3.1, Forms 4.5.7.1.2, Oracle 7.2 server on Unix, SQL*NET 2. GPF in F45R.DLL AT 002D:665F

GPF occurs irregularly but always in the same form, on entering the form, committing data (successfully) or on leaving the form.

Commit processing emulates text editor by chopping long text into chunks stored in database Varchar2 fields (to allow text searching). Original records are deleted & new ones inserted in same commit unit.

Any help would be gratefully received.
