Combined logic anyone?

Base problem: if combined mailing (spouse's name under primary person's name) is selected, print only those sps's that match all the criteria. The printing is done through Reports2.5, with parameters being passed from a Form(4.5).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

Hello. I'm hoping that someone can help us out, before we have to re-invent the wheel. Here is the situation:
Base table: pidm,
name,
addr,
criteria1...n,
spouse_pidm
