Well, it includes a pack of CD's, on which are fully functional software trys (90 day) that you can load. Latest is goodies is "Oracle on NT" that includes:

Oracle 7 workgroup server 7.3,
oracle enterprise manager,
personal oracle7,
oracle transparent gateway for ms/sql server, oracle odbc drivers,
oracle webserver 2.0,
oracle powerbrowser,
oracle objects for ole.

Also included are a ton of "valuable product information" files... some shareware, conference proceedings (for developer's conference) and other stuff of like value.

I think the Developer's program is a good value. This stuff is good for writing your own "in-house" technical papers for cost justification (creative cut-and-paste) and demonstrating how the products will/will-not solve particular problems... oh, and there's the free screen saver, and the free tee shirt with the Developers Program URL across the back... so you can see that it's an outstanding value...
