ROS ERROR: -200 in Forms 4.5

[Quoted] I am getting an error message "ROS ERROR: -200" in Forms 4.5 when trying to save one particular form. I can save other forms with no problems (to the same directory on drive C:). I believe that an associate of mine can modify and save the form on his computer without problems. Does anyone know what this message means?
