Sizing Tablespaces, Extents, etc.

Can anyone recommend a good tool for setting up tablespaces, extents etc. We are currently converting several Access bases applications to Oracle 7.x and our DBA needs to know several sizing parameters. Even after the DBA classes he's not much help in this area, so I'd rather go with an automated / software based solution.
