Running forms 4.5

Hi,

I have some forms written in Forms 4.5 and compiled to .fmx files. The person running it will run it on a SCO Unix platform. Does he need Developer 2000 installed to run these forms or does he need just runform? If he just needs runform does he still need to buy the complete Developer 2000?
