Ensure that your users have both a TEMP and TMP environment variable defined at the DOS level. The directories may be the same but they must exist and the users must have write privileges to them. Also, there must be space in the directory for the temp files to be created. You might also want to make sure that the users have enough space in their working directory. Good luck
