Andrea,
Edit the listener.ora and tnsnames.ora files in orant\network\admin and duplicate the ORCL entry in each file, renaming the new entry's "orcl"'s to your new instance's SID. Then run the lsnrctl program and issue a reload command.
Please note that technically Oracle does not support the hand editing of these configuration files, but prefers you use Network Manager.
