problem between forms4.5 and exceed5.1 on w95

we have a problem with forms4.5 and exceed5.1(X emulator) on windows95 platform.
when we work with a form on PC and work with exceed at the same time, an
system error occurs:
F45DBG32 (ou F45RUN32) a causé une défaillance de page dans
le module TK23W32.DLL à 0137:00670df1.
