FRM-10044 Error

Thanks to everyone who replied. The answer was to have TMP set to a valid directory. In fairness to Oracle support they did suggest this. The reason it didn't work the first time was that TMP was being reset in the network login script after I had set it in AUTOEXEC.BAT.
