Reports 2.5 and CGI on NT4.0

Hi.
Those of you out there that have Reports 2.5 being called from a CGI script under NT 4.0 can help me.
Reports 2.5 cannot initialize the printer (REP-3002) when called from a CGI script. The same script, when run from an interactive login, works fine.
I have tried setting the permissions on the printer to: 1) system full control and 2) network full control--no luck.
Any ideas or example code would be greatly appreciated.
