FORMS45 debugger: Please tell me I'm wrong...

...but I have not yet been able to step from one form into another when debugging w/the D2K Forms45 Designer (v4.5.7.x).
For example, FORM_A initializes globals and then calls FORM_B. When I step through the FORM_A init code, no problem, but when FORM_A loads FORM_B (NEW_FORM(:GLOBAL.FORM_B_NAME)), I can't step into FORM_B's Pre-form trigger. Instead, the behavior is as if I pressed "GO".
Oracle's documentation refers to debugging "a form", not formS (ie plural). I can't imagine this to be the case, however.
Any ideas?
