Problem saving a 4.0 FORM from FORMS 4.5

I have several FORMS 4.0 programs that I am trying to modify using FORMS 4.5. I can open the 4.0 FORMS under FORMS 4.5, generate them with changes and then execute them OK. The problem is that after saving them under FORMS 4.5 I cannot later re-open them - every time I try I get a BUS ERROR. These are not GUI forms (text oriented).

Please email me if you have any experience (successful or not) trying to regenerate 4.0 FORMS under FORMS 4.5...
