OPO 2.0 Tree OCX real buggy

I am trying to use OPO 2.0 and the TreeView OCX that was included. I have found that this OCX is completely buggy. Hardly any functionality works at all. (Not that it's even documented) Issues such as replacing bitmaps, expand events telling you what was expanded, etc.
Q: Can anyone recommend another treeview ocx that _works_ and will work with OPO.
I've tried Green-Tree and lcList, and they have embedded objects and methods that OPO doesn't recognize so I can't use them.
Q: Does anyone know how to declare objects/methods that exist withing an activex/ocx that OPO doesn't recognize in the Properties window?
