Borland and PRO C

Hi,
I want to use ORACLE PRO C and Borland C++, but I can`t find a libary on the Developer CD from ORACLE working with Borland C++. I simply found a *.lib called sqllib17.lib. But this only works with Microsofts Visual C. Does anybody know if there is a support for Borland and where I can find it?
