Forms4.5 for Win95

I'm trying to upgrade my forms applications from the 16-bit Developer/2000 v 1.2 to the 32-bit Dev2000 v 1.3. In the old forms, I used the 16-bit common dialog dll and the 16-bit formutil PL/SQL library to read and write .ini files.

For the File dialog box, I tried using the d2kwfile PL/SQL library that came with version 1.3, but I received an error with the d2kwfile.dll file. I talked to Oracle and they told me they shipped the 16-bit PL/SQL libraries and dlls with the Win95 version of Forms. Therefore, nothing will work short of my writing my own FFI calls.

I read that there is a 32-bit PL/SQL library called D2KWUTIL.EXE that does the above plus much more. Does anybody have this library? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you could send it to me.
