Using IMPORT to create a DDL script

After using the SHOW=Y or INDEXFILE=filename options of the IMPORT command to create a text file containing object creation commands, is there a utility available that will format this output into a more readable/workable format?

My requirement is to create multiple schemas based on the content of export files.
