Look at HP's JetAdmin line. It allows you to hang an HP printer or plotter directly on an Ethernet connection without a server or PC host. The software is provided with the hardware from HP. I have used it with Sun Win95 WIn3.1 and Mac machines all on the same 802.3 net (although there are some queue problems) Received on Tue Dec 31 1996 - 00:00:00 CET
