Thanks to all who made very interesting suggestions, I thought you might be
interested to find out that by utilizing host command Reports can be
initiated from SQL*Plus, as well as, PL/SQL block (as long as its on
client side).
Above was suggested to me by no other than Scott Urman. To whom-->many
