Developer/2000 Release 1.3.1 for 32-bit Windows environments is not supported on Windows NT 4.0, and is known not to work in that environment.
Developer/2000 Release 1.3.2 for 32-bit Windows environments (which is due out shortly) will be the first release supported on Windows NT 4.0.
