question: linking to oracle via oraperl

Hi,

Here is the strange problem: when I am running FROM command line a perl script which links to oracle using ora_login, it logs into oracle successfully. But when I run the same script from netscape via cgi-bin, the ora_login routine fails. In both cases correct user-id and passwd were provided.
