Problem Migrating Forms 4.0 to 4.5

After loading a Forms4.0 module in Forms4.5 I can generate and save this module. The new generated module is running without any error. But when i try to open the module again (in 4.5) the following error occurs:
F54DES ... Stack Error in Module de15win.dll
