d2k & enterprise manager coexistence

I'm having trouble with Enterprise Manager (ver 1.2), which doesn't wan't to coexist with Designer 2000 (rel 1.3) on Windows NT 4.0 workstation. When installed without d2k, it works just fine. I've tried installing it after and before d2k, but nothing helps. Actually, the single components of Enterprise Manager do work, but the main executable itself gives a "memory write error" after logging in... Is it normal?
