Reusable Objects in Forms????

[Quoted] I'm just getting started using Developer/2000, but have been working with Sql*Forms for about 8 years. I keep hearing about reusing objects, templates and procedures/packages, but don't really know how to apply them to my system (which I'm about to upgrade from 3.0). Does anyone know where I can get some samples to look at (preferably not Windows only)?
