Job Title: Manual Tester
Duration: 2 + years
Location: UT

Requirements

•	Strong manual testing experience—7 + years
•	Strong banking experience—5 + years (strong preference given to candidates that have commercial lending experience).  Candidates must have some sort of lending experience—whether it be mortgages or commercial.
•	Strong SQL—not just “familiar with”—SQL needs to be a strong suit
•	Able to manage small teams and work with offshore teams.  This is not a jr QA role.  Has to have substantial overall experience with an ability to take charge of projects and small teams.
•	Needs to have good communication skills.  Will spend a lot of time on the phone with internal customers—needs to be understandable.
