Duration - 12 months

Location - Redmond, VA

  5. PLSQL procedures functions performance tuning - 3 Yrs.

  1. JSP Servlets EJB J2EE XML - 3 Yrs.
  2. Oracle Data Base Administration - 3 Yrs.
  3. OS development environment - 3 Yrs.
  4. PowerBuilder - 3 Yrs.
  5. Project Management - 3 Yrs.
  6. Visual Basic - 3 Yrs.

OVERALL PURPOSE: Responsible for the performance of any/all functions involved in the development and/or maintenance of new or existing applications.


  1. Uses programming language and technology, writes code, completes programming and documentation, and performs testing and debugging of applications.
  2. Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs.

Additional Details:

Candidate will be responsible for creating interconnect traffic studies using UNIX shell scripting, PL/SQL and an internal proprietary language. Candidate needs to have good oral and written skills. Candidate may be requested to represent in legal proceedings applicable to interconnect traffic study research/findings.

Requirement 2:
Technology - Senior Network Architect

Duration - 2 Years

Location - Middletown, NJ


  1. Network architecture and design - 5 Yrs.
  2. LAN and or WAN routers and switches - 5 Yrs.

OVERALL PURPOSE: Supports the customer's corporate network infrastructure and translates business needs into technical solutions, and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology.


  1. Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software.
  2. Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
  3. Provide architecture designs and cost estimates for midrange infrastructure required to provide computing resources for applications.
  4. Coordinates design and integration of total system including subsystems.
  5. Researches and recommends technology to improve the current systems.
  6. Provides specialized technical guidance to others in work area.
  7. Performs onsite data center support that includes problem management, change management, project support and new implementations.
  8. Supports testing, planning, problem management, change management and staging of network hardware and configurations.
  9. Provides customer support including testing network hardware and software, equipment installation and turn-up, and remote hands assistance as required.
  10. Provide technical troubleshooting and leadership required to recover from the most complex networking problems for the customer's LAN/WAN environments.
  11. Provide support for sniffer and various application analysis tools for benchmarking and troubleshooting.
  12. Participate in identification of root cause analysis, resolution, outage mitigations, testing and implementation of vendor/IT fixes or design changes.
  13. Work closely with the business partners to identify/quantify business issues associated with specific projects, develop/implement business strategy, and assist in setting strategic tech direction in support of customer facing organizations.
  14. Review/approve proposed tech system designs in collaboration with team.

Expert level experience with Ethernet, Frame-relay, ATM, PPP, MLPPP, MLFR, BFD etc.

Expert level experience with Multicast, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, LDP, RSVP etc.

Expert level experience with PV6 Deployment and Carrier Grade NAT: 6RD/NAT44/NAT64.

Expert level experience with Voice codec's and signaling protocols

Advanced level experience with Cloud computing concepts and principles.

Intermediate to Advanced level experience is also required with Linux OS and virtualization in an Openstack environment.

Intermediate to advanced level experience with scripting languages such as EXPECT or PERL.

CCIP or JNCIP level certification

Requirement 3:
Technology - Order Control Office Analyst

Duration - 2 Years

Location - Denver, CO

1. ASR Ordering system - 2 Yrs.

2. Equipment engineering - 3 Yrs.

3. Mapping and testing or troubleshooting DS1s - 3 Yrs.

4. Network and supporting systems - 3 Yrs.

OVERALL PURPOSE: Perform Mobility PCO (Provisioning Control Office) function in support of Mobility Network Provisioning.

1. Responsibilities will include managing the order process which encompasses order tracking, validating engineering, documenting and publishing daily reports. This will involve all aspects of the provisioning process including the turn up of service.

2. Must be able to map/test/troubleshoot DS1s and above; Services will range from DS0 to OC192.

3. Will support Mobility network infrastructure builds in addition to service order tracking and escalations.

4. Will project manage and coordinate internal and external interfaces to complete the test and turn-up of services.

5. Will facilitate conference calls to identify and resolve issues.

6. As the single point of contact, this individual will be required to partner with customers and various internal/external organizations to ensure deliverables are met.
