Tom Kyte's Oracle prowess aside, this world needs more people who aren't afraid to call out "stupid". Too much "touchy feely" crap these days...god forbid you hurt somebody's feelings. Too many people these days have a false sense of accomplishment and are happy with adequate (or even less) because mommy, daddy, teacher, etc. praised them that as long as they have done their best, they are a winner.
