Position: 1

Software Engineer

Location: Farmington Hills MI

Duration: 6 Months

Required:

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

· 1-3 years of embedded software development or testing.

· 3 years of C/C++ or other structured language.

· Experience developing and debugging software in a real-time, embedded, multiprocessor, multi-interface environment.

· Need to be in the US (there isn't enough lead time to ship hardware out of the country)

Recommended:

· QT experience/knowledge

· UI development experience

· Adobe Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, flash)

· Experience in QNX, Linux, or Android for development on Infotainment, Audio or Multimedia products.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Position: 2

Java Developer

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Sunnyvale CA (Need Local People who can do in-person interview)

Job Description

· Core Java engineering and design (7+ years)

· MongoDB working experience/good knowledge is an important.

· Understanding of concepts/frameworks such as Messaging, SOA, Spring, Web Services, Databases, Distributed Systems, HTML, CSS and the DOM Has Mongo DB knowledge or some working experience

· Writing JUnits

· Working knowledge of UNIX-based systems and command-line tools for debugging, analysis and automation Ability to analyze crash logs, backtraces and assist engineers by utilizing basic debugging techniques.

· Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Position: 3

Test Software Engineer

Location: Farmington Hills MI

Duration: 6+ Months

Essential Responsibilities:

· Performs black box software testing on systems features (audio arbitration, HMI, peripherals, vehicle configurations, vehicle bus signal analysis, etc) for one or more infotainment projects.

· Applies specifications, user guides, use cases, comparable products, and previous known bugs to create and maintain test plans, test designs, and test cases.

· Identifies software issues and transfers problem issues into the issue tracking system with supporting log files and data.

· Records, processes, and analyzes data with PC based tools and test instrumentation.

· Documents testing and creates test reports. Follows CMMI guidelines for creating and maintaining test documentation.

· Identifies product requirement or performance issues. Work with software teams and/or partners to implement solutions to meet those requirements

· Performs setup of modules/wiring and maintains test benches and test vehicles appropriately.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelors in Computer Engineering/science or Electrical Engineering. Masters preferred.

· A minimum of 3-5 years creating test cases and performing testing for systems features, preferably in automotive infotainment or consumer electronics.

· Working knowledge of technology, tools, and test methods for infotainment.

· Test management tools.

· Configuration Management tools (Perforce, etc.).

· Office productivity software.

· Working knowledge of computer hardware and networking

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Resourcefulness in solving problems and overcoming obstacles

· Strong professionalism and judgment
