Hi there.
We're running a web based process that sends XML to a third party.
The problem is, the said third party says their servers can't cope and is there a way that we can throttle the data sent at peak times?
I was thinking that the throttling should take place on their servers maybe using Resource Manager but in case they don't go for that could we do something on our servers?
