Thanks to all respondents.
As suggested, I did not generate enough redo information to fill a redo log and therefore there was no writing of an archivelog. After runnning "alter system switch logfile" an archive log was generated. Thanks again. Received on Wed Apr 17 2013 - 00:13:25 CEST
