The associated twitter account does not respond to messages thus I have to believe this is some sort of scam. I agree that 'Online Certification Exam Consultant' sounds, err, fishy, sort of like being an 'Online Aptitude Enhancement Specialist'. Or, as Kay pointed out, he/she/it may be nothing more than a 'china farmer'. He/she/it is certainly doing nothing that I would care to engage in.

The 'World Wide Web' can be a treacherous place for the uninitiated and the naive, especially those who truly believe that 'you can't post anything on the Internet that isn't true.' May they come to their senses long before they lose anything of value.
