What do you mean by "support is not available at the moment"? Was Oracle support swept by Sandy? That would really make Oracle look ridiculous with all of the "unbreakable" stuff. MOS is up and running flawlessly, I checked.

As for the errors, there is a log file on the OHS home which is usually rather detailed. Can you post it?
