I am disappointed, no on-chip SQL query optimizer? And how much would that chip wonder cost? There are other chips with spectacular performance, like Power7+, using the same 35nm technology envisioned for T5. Pushing T5 to 2014 will give IBM ample time to prepare a new chip that will probably outrun T5 from the start. Power7 was released in 2010 and will be 4 years old in 2014.
