Connor is training for crossing the Channel? Someone should have told him that there is a railway link between London and Paris, there is a tunnel beneath the Channel. It's much more comfortable to travel in the train, sipping the Earl Grey tea and listening to the music from your iPad than to swim across the cold and polluted waters of the Channel. Connor should tune his crossing procedure.
