That's one of the many reasons why I hate Winblows --- Stupid registry.. You can never really clean anything out.

Assuming you are qualified to do so and you know how to do it, you will have to go into the Registry and delete those keys. If you are not sure of how to do so, please work with your Windows Admin on them, *OR* one of the team from my company can assist you (but we're not free for work like that)..
