Sounds early to me but hard to guess ... I was at an 11.2 upgrade seminar last thurday ( from Oracle ). Only 470 pages of relevant information in the guide ??

Based on "publicly available info" ... and the party line from Oracle presenter at this meeting ... expect 11.2.0.4 in early 2013 not this year.
