What is the practical result of this? Appeals and stays may go on for years. As I posted elsewhere:

It may mean that Oracle has to support upgrades to [sic, should have been for] anything it supported on HP on September 10, 2010. Or not.

I'd say clicking Like on the boss's competition is related to job
duties.  You also have the free speech right to put up a campaign sign
that says "take this job and shove it."  That doesn't shield you from
the consequences of saying it.
