Are you writing the app, buying the app, or a combination? How broad is the app? Are you talking a complete MRP/ERP/CRM for a company with 10K workers, or some web app that might top out at 10K users with maybe 50 at any one time? What kind of data? What kind of integration with outside systems and existing internal systems? What implementation time frame? What existing systems and expertise do you have?
