Prolly because they just made the announcement today. It would be soooo funny if the press release was a premature ej... I mean, an accidental disch... um, a promise not to co... err, released too soon.

I don't think there is evil in the 90 day rhel and compatible delay, that could be simply because the developers could already have certified their own stuff, but had to wait for the announcement in case the evil that is in the world changed the tactical situation just before or after the announcement was made. But then again, Larry must have been raised on hunger games.
