How to convert rtf to html including pictures ?

Hi, I'm converting rtf-files to html with ctx_doc.policy_filter (ctx_ddl.create_preference,'xxx','AUTO_FILTER') but it seems to loose all the pictures. Is there an easy way to convert them too ?
