The 11.2.0.1 stuff has been obsoleted by 11.2.0.2 ... if you look for patch 10098815 on oracle support you can download the 11.2.0.2 ( full installs ) stuff.
Of course you still need to then patch it up to 11.2.0.2.3 but at least you are not messing around with "prior version" of 11.2 ...
