Primary Skills: 7+ years of experience and 2-3 siebel crm implementation experience with Siebel Data Model, EIM, ETL (Informatica or PL/SQL). Experience in understanding legacy data and data model, mapping them with Siebel Interface tables and base tables. Strong experience in EIM related all activities. Strong experience in performance related activities. Good in preparing project related documents and user interaction.
Secondary Skills: Experience / knowledge in EAI, Experience in other CRM tool (Salesforce.com)
Specialised Skills: Informatica and PL/SQL, understanding and defining Data Model
