This guy is using Google Groups, notoriously unresponsive to spam complaints and is posting from Indian ISP mantraonline, which doesn't even have the address for abuse reports. I was, however, able to report him to spamcop.net and I went to my HR to make sure that this company, namely "Maple Resources", gets blacklisted and never used by the HR at my company. That is about all that I can do about this guy.
