Job Description:
Business Analyst with strong expertise in gathering requirements, creating wireframes or mockups, process flows, user journeys, sequence diagrams and strong UML background. Additionally this individual would be strong in Agile / SCRUM and be able to - create a product backlog, user stories, user journeys and service decompositions. Strong domain knowledge in Membership and Billing.
•Working closely with Product Owner and SCRUM teams. •Breaking down features into Stories and acceptance criteria. •Working closely with QA Lead in ensuring quality of deliverables. •Working closely with business users during UAT and defining priorities.
