Minimum Requirements:

Typically possesses 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience, which includes at least 3 years of experience in managing teams or projects.

Typically requires advanced technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes.

Must have extensive experience managing software projects in a SCRUM/ Agile manner. SCRUM certification is not enough - must have managed several million dollar plus projects in pure SCRUM/agile.

Must have been employed as a Java or PHP developer in the past.

Must have experience presenting to Senior/Exec-level Management
